Customize message when sending packet or form direct to patient.

Sometimes when I send a packet or form directly to a patient (rather than them going to our website/public URL), I want to send a specific custom message, welcoming them, or giving further instructions, etc., that would be different for each person. It would be nice to have the option to customize with each message sent (rather than set a default custom message for a prticular form or packet)
