Import PHQ-2 and other scored scales directly into the scale in Elation.

Elation now offers PHQ-2, 9, etc in their Psych section of Clinical Profile. Would be nice if you could directly import answers into that (with the date).

OR, if that’s not possible, would be nice if when we export into the Clinical Profile, if we could include the date of assessment, e.g.,:
