See when reminders have been sent

I wish there was a log to show if/when reminders were sent for patient forms/packets. Sometimes I send a reminder by SMS or email and then the next day I can't remember if I already sent it or not. Or my assistant will send on my behalf and I won't know and we'll send duplicates. Would be nice to see.
