When pending form/packet is "archived" it still shows up as NOT archived in Reports section.

Feature Request

can’t filter by unarchived because all pending packets are “not” archived in Reports

    Not completed - see attached for a bunch of forms that show “not” archived in reports but the PACKET was archived from the dashboard.
