Notify different emails about specific forms filled out

It would be nice to have the feature where we could assign specific forms to notify different specified emails when completed. We use Zentake for multiple different divisions of our work, and it would be nice if say a client fills out the “project recovery” side of forms, it could email Project Recovery’s email that it was complete rather than the Serenity Paws email. A feature where we could designate packets or forms to be linked to notify a specific email for them would help our team track how many clients are filling out which forms. Having multiple emails in our organization helps us filter our needs, so to be able to link multiple of them to Zentake would be helpful.

Continuous Packet

I’d like to request a feature that allows us to toggle a packet of multiple forms into a single, continuous scrollable form, rather than requiring patients to press “Next” between each form. This would be especially helpful for older patients using our in-office iPads. Many of them mistakenly think they’ve completed the packet after finishing the first form, not realizing they need to hit “Next” to move on. This leads to frequent confusion and additional staff time spent guiding patients. Ideally, this would be a toggle setting at the packet level, allowing us to choose whether a packet is displayed as separate forms or merged into one long, continuous form with a single “Submit” button at the end.

We have several CSRs using Zentake and who are sending out forms to their respective clients. It would be beneficial to associate a client with their CSR so when forms are sent and received, 1) the outbox and inbox can be sorted/grouped by CSR to quickly find their clients, 2) Completed form email notifications can be send to entire group, the admin and CSR, or just the CSR. 3) Archived client forms can be sorted by designed CSR. Perhaps, when generating the form or packet to send out, there can be a dropdown with the CSR’s name (or email) who is set up as a Zentake user. If a form is completed using a link or embedded link, perhaps those forms are received unassigned, but can be assigned manually by the admin or user when the completed form is received.
